A Y2K running icon, brought back exactly as it was. The Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 is a faithful reissue of Saucony's 2010 stability trainer, from the era when running shoes were layered, chunky and proudly technical.

What defines it

ProGrid sits at the heart of the shoe: a webbed grid suspended in the heel that spreads and centres impact across the whole platform for a stable, even feel. Beneath it, a dual-density foam midsole carries over from the original stability build. The signature Retro Tech TPU midfoot cage, the detail every reissue is recognised by, wraps a layered upper of mesh, suede and leather.

Fit & sizing

Runs small: Saucony recommends going half a size up. Unisex sizing, so women should order 1.5 sizes below their usual running size. Made for everyday wear, not performance running. Free tracked shipping.

Most performance running shoes are built on a single unisex last: the shoe is identical, only the size label changes. A US women's 8.5 is a US men's 7.
