Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@runningshoeshouse.com and we will confirm whether delivery is possible.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered in 4 to 12 business days, preparation and transit included.

Business days only: weekends and public holidays are not counted.

Order cut-off time: 03:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time - New York. Orders placed after the cut-off time, at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Periods of high demand, carrier delays, weather conditions and customs clearance can add extra time.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on every order, with no minimum. All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes set by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

You receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it door to door.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
