Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new running shoes. If something is not right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, with all original tags and in the original shoe box.
  • Shoes worn outdoors or showing signs of use cannot be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Wrong size? Exchanges are welcome

If the size is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange your pair for another size, subject to availability. If your size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at contact@runningshoeshouse.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the shoes in their original box and send them back with a tracked shipping method.

Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item you received is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. In that case, we cover the full cost of the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by contacting us. If it has already shipped, you can return it under this policy once it arrives.
