From 10K shoe to marathon shoe

Nike smoothed the transition compared with the Alphafly 2, so the shoe now rolls forward instead of tipping. That change makes it usable across a full marathon at target pace rather than only a quick 10K, while keeping the weight to around 201 g in a men's US 9.
