HOKA Mafate Speed 4 Lite White Black Cushioned Trail Runner

High contrast, high cushioning. The HOKA Mafate Speed 4 Lite White/Black pairs a crisp two-tone look with a fast trail platform built for technical ground and long days in the mountains.

How it rides

Land softly, push off with purpose. The PROFLY+ dual-density midsole cushions every impact before returning a responsive, propulsive toe-off, and early-stage Meta-Rocker geometry keeps transitions smooth and rolling. When the gradient steepens or the surface turns loose, a full-length Vibram Megagrip outsole with aggressive multidirectional lugs keeps you planted.

• PROFLY+ dual-density cushioning
• Full-length Vibram Megagrip outsole
• Breathable, lightweight engineered mesh
• Semi-gusseted tongue keeps debris out
• Reflective details for early starts
• 4 mm drop, 295 g, neutral support

Fit & sizing

The semi-gusseted tongue wraps the midfoot for a secure hold on rough terrain. The clean White/Black finish works on the trail and for everyday outdoor wear.

Most performance running shoes are built on a single unisex last: the shoe is identical, only the size label changes. A US women's 8.5 is a US men's 7.

Use the unit switch above to move between US men's, US women's, EU and UK, or open the size guide for the full conversion chart.

Between two sizes? Email us before you order and we will help you choose. Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Free shipping on every order, with no minimum. Orders are delivered in 4 to 12 business days, preparation and transit included, and tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Business days only: weekends and public holidays are not counted. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day, and periods of high demand can add extra time. Full terms: Shipping Policy.

Not the right fit? Unworn shoes in their original box can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a size exchange. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly after delivery and we will put it right. Full terms: Return & Refund Policy.
